Held near Albuquerque at Polk’s Folly Farm , this workshop is a collaboration with the New Mexico Cheese Guild. We will work with the raw milk of a small crew of goats, that you can hang out with, or even lend a hand during milking time. Locally-sourced lunches will be served, and lodging options are available as private rooms or camping.
