This five day natural cheesemaking workshop will be held at Alla Casa Vecchia, in Pacentro. We will work with goat milk from the farm, get to meet the animals, and see how milking happens. Over the 5 days of instruction we will make a range of cheeses, taste different forms of fermented milk, and enjoy lunch together.
